Well, Thanksgiving came and went way too fast. My mom was not hesitant to let me take over cooking.
The Menu:
1. Tuna Steaks with Wasabi Cream
2. Sweet Potatoes with Coriander
3. Green Beans with mint and tomatoes
4. Pumpkin Pie (bought; Bob Evan's)
I had originally intended to have the Japanese Curry ready to with this meal but that did not happen. The pesto I made did turn out smashingly.
If you're wondering how this connects to travel, then let me explain. Travel involves you in an experience (or two, depending). Cooking does about the same thing, er go it works.
